20 -Tips for Bone Fracture Print

Bone fracture is a medical condition in which a bone is cracked or broken. While many fracturesare the result of high force impact or stress, bone fracture can also occur as a result of certain medical conditions that weaken the bones, such as osteoporosis, certain types of cancer. In ayurveda fracture is known by the name of bhagna. Following tips are useful for a speedy healing of fracture.

1. Eat grapes
2. Take honey
3. Use red rice
4. Don't sit in sun
5. Take meat juice
6. Take meat soup
7. Use tender radish
8. Make use of garlic.
9. Use soup of moong
10. Apply paste of mud
11. Don't take rough food
12. Avoid physical exercise
13. Eat vegetables with peas
14. Prefer butter, ghee and oil
15. Prefer vegetable of parval
16. Pour a stream of cold water
17. Restrict use of salty products
18. Take chapatti prepared with wheat
19. Avoid taking alkaline and sour products
20. Drink colostrums of a cow mixed with ghee & lac
